Teacher Absence Due to Sickness or Emergency: In the event that a scheduled class cannot be conducted due to a teacher’s sickness or emergency, Kadence Ballet Academy will issue a full refund for the class fee. 3. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. Please allow up to 7 days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account. If alternative arrangements are necessary, please inform us during the refund request.
